We will reward you for each and every placement resulting from your referrals!
If you only send one referral of a hiring manager you can receive up to $500 every time we make a placement! The final amount depends on if the placement is permanent or contract, and how long the contract runs.
All you have to do is give us names and contact information of professionals that you work with, have worked with, interviewed at, play softball with, etc. We will then contact them and either ask for a resume submission or try to secure a working agreement with their company.
You can either give us names of job-seekers that we might be able to place, or even better the names of hiring managers, HR professionals, CTO's or CIO's. Each time we place someone through these people you get your fee. These contacts can produce an ongoing source of passive income.
Terms and Conditions:
- To avoid any doubt when a candidate is referred to Auxillus we will immediately inform the referrer whether that particular candidate is active on our database. Active on our database means that we have been in contact with them in the last 6 months in regards to finding them work. If they are not active but are still on our database then we will pay the referral reward.
- Contracts that a referred candidate has been placed into must be a minimum length of 3 months for the referral reward to apply.
- Placement of a referred candidate must be made within 6 months of receiving their details for the referral reward to apply.
- Payment of referral rewards is made once the referred candidate has completed their probation period (minimum 3 months for contract positions. Your referral reward will then be sent to the referrer.
- Only one fee per referred candidate applies.
